Focus on SEO to drive traffic through google and stop selling on any marketplace it would be the end of them. If just all sellers would launch their own site. The only thing they do is treath their sellers as a piece of garbage. And the day you no longer need them? Drop them as a brick. Drive traffic to your website so that you no longer need Ebay/Amazon. Put a card with discount code with your Ebay orders and try to promote your own website on every possible way (change your Ebayname to reflect your website address). Your prices will look cheaper, and will effecively be a lot cheaper if people buy multiple items. Offer free shipping on Ebay but price + shipping on your website. Meaning you can communicate outside of Ebay and offer them a discount if they buy something else on your website. Meaning you also have your customers email address. Your Ebay orders will be imported on your website. If you sell it on Ebay your stock will be updated on your website. If you sell the item on your website your Ebaylisting will be ended. Meaning you first list in on your website and then on Ebay/Amazon.
